- Production company and logo - When the movie starts, the production companies' names appear to show who help to make the film possible
- Film crew and cast credits - E.g. the cameramen, director, producer, cast, etc.
- Identify the main characters - Who's involved in the movie
- Establishing shot of setting - Tells the audience where the film is set
- Genre - Straight away the audience should be able to tell what type of film it is. This will get the audience hooked.
- Titles - It is important to show the film title so the audience can know what is film could be about. Also, It can cut off any scene that has happened before building suspense because the audience will want to know what will happen next
- Music - Usually, the music is important. For example, if someone is being chased down the street, the music would be intense and may gradually get louder. Without music, the audience might be a bit clueless as to what the genre of the film might be. Not all horror films have to start off with someone dying.

Where are the evaluation questions?
There are only about 4 posts since last November here and a great deal of work absent from your blog.
I sent you an email saying that I couldn't get onto it and others had the same issue. Also, all my teachers were sent an email explaining why I'm behind in work. After being seizure free for a year (I have epilepsy) I started getting seizures again. For me, waking up in the street and wondering where you are is more of a concern for me. This isn't the only lesson I'm behind in, it's all of them. I also couldn't upload because I spent some time in hospital, therefore there were delays of filming and doing any work. At the moment, my health is more important and I am trying and i'm doing everything I can. I am allowed extended time on projects. There's a link on the email I sent you but I couldn't get onto my school email account because the real smart cloud was down. I should have raised this issue sooner with all my teachers but it's a new school for me so I thought they may have thought I'm just making up excuses but that's not the case. If there is still a problem, please contact any of my parents.
